NOTE
The statistics for the commits, presented in the above table, are categorized by the projected year they will enroll in UNH. For example, the "2022 Commits" are projected to begin playing for UNH in the Fall of 2022. I have based these projections on the following factors:
~ Number of UNH players leaving the team at the end of the previous season and the position they played.
~ If a National Letter of Intent has been signed.
~ The year the commit and UNH coaches originally targeted for enrollment in UNH.
~ How old the commit would be upon admission.
~ Number of years in junior hockey prior to admission.
~ The commit's performance in recent seasons as well as injuries.
~ Anticipated date of high school graduation.

UNH's 3-Game Win Streak: Clips from 12-1-2021 Press Conference

Mike Souza
UNH Head Coach
Mike Robinson
UNH Goalie
Will MacKinnon
UNH Defenseman

The video, shown below, includes excerpts from the UNH men's hockey press conference held on December 1, 2021. The team is coming off a 3-game win streak including a 2-1 overtime win against #8 UMass, a 1-0 shutout of #16 Harvard, and a 3-2 OT win over Holy Cross.

~ UNH Head Coach Mike Souza talked about the key to 5th-year goalie Mike Robinson's improved play and the challenge of allowing a game-tying goal in the closing moments of regulation.

~ 5th-year goalie Mike Robinson also addressed the key to his improved play.

~ Senior defenseman and team captain Will MacKinnon discussed what he observed from the stands when his injury kept him out of the lineup. He also described how Assistant Coach Jeff Guiliano has helped him improve his offensive skills.

Here are video highlights of the overtime win over Holy Cross last Saturday night presented by UNH Wildcats Productions. It includes freshman forward Will Margel's first NCAA goal, senior forward Tyler Ward's second goal of the season and Filip EngarĂ¥s's overtime, game-winning goal.

UNH faces Boston University in a home-and-home series this weekend. Tonight's game begins at 7:30 at Agganis Arena in Boston, MA and the Saturday game is at 7:00 at the Whittemore Center in Durham, NH.
