He maintains good position defensively and makes good reads to intercept passes or break-up plays. He is excellent with puck protection and cycling in the offensive zone. He used his body and strong hands to protect the puck and cycle down low. He QBed the PP. He scored the opening goal in game 1 by winning a puck battle, moving the puck to the point man, getting to the front of the net, and displaying good hand-eye coordination to deflect the point shot with his backhand at waist level."
