UNH Recruits Update: Week 14

Player of the Week - Jason Kalinowski*

Early in his second season of prep school hockey, 16-year-old forward Jason Kalinowski (DOB 7/2/95) has nearly equalled his scoring totals from last season. A junior at The Salisbury School, Kalinowski has scored 6 goals and 4 assists in the first 11 games. In Salisbury's two victories last week against Deerfield and Taft, Kalinowski tallied 2 goals and 2 assists. The right-handed winger is currently the 3rd leading scorer on the very talented Salisbury squad and is 2nd in goals scored. Combine Kalinowski with fellow 1995-born, UNH recruits Tyler Kelleher at center and Shane Eiserman at left wing and you've got a potent offensive threat.

NOTE
The statistics for the recruits, presented in the table, are categorized by the projected year they will enroll in UNH. For example, the "2012 Recruits" are projected to begin playing for UNH in the Fall of 2012. I have based these projections on a number of factors including:
~ How old the player would be upon admission.
~ Number of years in junior hockey prior to admission.
~ Anticipated date of high school graduation.
~ Number of seniors leaving the team at the end of the previous season.
~ The player's performance in the current season.
