Future 'Cat, Justin Agosta
Help me extend a warm welcome to Future 'Cat, Justin Agosta, who will bring big D to Durham and I don't mean Dallas.
Agosta, a 6'3" 190 pound defenseman out of Berkshire Preparatory school, committed to the Blue and White on February 8th, 2009.
A long time roller hockey player who has taken to the ice most recently for the Berkshire Bears, he scored seven goals and twenty-two assists in twenty-six New England Preparatory School Athletic Council games last season as a junior according to the trusty UNH Hockey Prospects and Recruits Blog which lists him as a 2010 recruit.
Justin is featured in the February 2009 New England Hockey Journal and you can see him roughhousing with now Berkshire Alum and freshman forward for Colby College, Matt Rappaport, who I'm sure doesn't want this video getting out. Sorry, Matt, though I give you props for even taking on the big man while giving up twenty pounds and half-a-foot in height!
On behalf of Wildcat Nation, welcome, Justin!
And don't forget, you can find current Wildcat stats and standings in sortable tables, a spread detailing Wildcat Alumni playing pro as well as info and links for Justin and his fellow Future 'Cats, all by scrolling down the right-hand side of The UNH Men's Hockey Blog!
