Henrion To Skate For USNTDP

John Henrion, according to USHR, will make his way to Ann Arbor, Michigan to join the United States National Team Development Program for the upcoming season.

At 17 years of age as of this January he would qualify for either of the teams, the Under-18's or the Under-17's. He declined an invitation last year in order to play for his hometown Jr. Bruins of the Eastern Junior Hockey League where he led the league in goals as a first year player and a young one at that.

John is due to attend our Alma Mater beginning in the fall of 2009 when he'll be just 18.

Best wishes, John - we'll be watching and cheer you and the rest of the Future 'Cats on!

You can see all of the Future 'Cats, most of whom have names linked to a stat page, in the lower section of the right-hand sidebar of this here UNH Hockey Blog.
