vanRiemsdyk shines at World Junior Championship

In the first game for the United States of the 2008 IIHF World Junior Championship, James vanRiemsdyk scored first for the Red, White and Blue and he assisted on the fourth goal on the powerplay to help lead the team to a 5-1 victory.

James' goal came with just three seconds left in the first period at even-strength. With the goal he added to his cache after having scored the two lone goals in the United States' exhibition game versus the Czech Republic, a 5-2 loss. The highlights of the exhibition game are a great demonstration of vanRiemsdyk's strength in front.

Go USA!
