Krog and Others Get It Done

Jason Krog wanted to let everyone know that he would be just fine back in Chicago and show the Thrashers what their missing picking up his second goal in as many games.

He put the Haydar-less Wolves up 1-0 just after the halfway point of the game.

Garrett Stafford records his first point of the season. Garrett assisted on a Mark Hartigan(St. Cloud) goal to get the Griffins on the board, and spark a three unanswered goal streak, with just one second left of the first one thousand two hundred.

Shawn Vinz skated with the Charlotte Checkers tonight to a 6-3 win. While Shawn was held scoreless, teammate Joe Barnes scored FOUR STRAIGHT GOALS! Starting the game at 2:57 his would be the only goal of the game until he would break it open at 6:48 of the second when he went on a tear completing his masterpiece in just two minutes and forty-eight seconds! It's a natural coat-trick (Trademark!) - I mean... what else are you going to throw!?

I know that anything else is anti-climatic after that bit but it is always worth noting the Sean Collins put the last nail in the coffin for the Johnstown Chiefs with an empty net shorthanded goal for his Wheeling Nailers who won their game 4-3.

Many games are still in progress... will bring you more tomorrow!

Go 'Cats!
