Calling The Shots

I can't really say I called it but Jacob Micflikier lifts his Springfield Falcons to a 3-2 victory over Brett Hemingway and the Albany River Rats.

Micflikier, scoring his second professional goal, finished a plus one and Hemingway was even for the night with one shot on goal. Micflikier scored on his third shot of the night.

The win snaps a long losing streak for the Falcons.

Trevor Smith was a minus one as the Bridgeport Sound Tigers were held scoreless in a three to nothing loss to the Philadelphia Phantoms. He had one shot on goal.

Josh Prudden scored in a losing effort to the Manchester Monarchs. Prudden along with fellow 'Cat, Garrett Stafford, and the Worcester Sharks battled back three times but were unable to overcome the division-leading Monarchs.

That's all I've got for now!

Go 'Cats!
